Amazon Customer: It's a little early yet as I've only been cooking with this product for 20 days, but when combined with another cooking oil of your choice (4 parts rice bran oil to 1 part other) it is supposed to lower blood pressure in 60 days. So far, I have seen a drop in blood pressure, but it is too soon to know for certain. I do like the oil, though. It has no taste.
