Ramos: This drink will take time getting use to but hands down my go to when I over eat or have a little indigestion. Soon after taking 15ml, I forgot I was even uncomfortable. I sometimes have a little acid reflux or feeling like food is stuck in my throat and corrects soon after drinking it. I highly recommend drinking after every meal but definitely before bed. Weight loss with consisted use. Love the taste with a kick of spice. This is now a staple in our fridge along with mayo not miracle whip lol
