Roger M.: Cadillac of Sharks, quality, super quite head unit when brushes working, almost can't hear them, that quiet, the overall vacuum sound is less than my old shark….Vacuum is able to almost lay flat, go under an end table about 12 inches. So the second part of the story, this is my second shark from Amazon, the first one was the wrong model, the first one did not have original packaging, the first one was used, dust in the hose tube, marks on the vacuum wheels also indicating used…So be on the look out, correct vacuum, original packaging will say shark on the outside shipping box, and the box inside will be a factory shark box…some amazon shipper look to be bait and switch, give you something of less value and used.

Kaitlin Vulliety: I have tried so many vacuums, looking for “the one”. Ever since my old favorite Dyson died, I have been on a hunt. So far this is my favorite. Great suction, love the adjustable suction feature for my throw rugs. And it cleans my hardwood really nicely.
The only con I see so far: it is heavy. If I were an older person, this might be an issue. But for me, I like it a lot! I hope it lasts for many years

(I am a self proclaimed vacuum expert 😅 had my own cleaning business, raised kids and lots of pets)

S: The bad thing is cleaning it, the filter is hard to clean. Luckily I have an air compressor so I blow out the filter and the vacuum cleaner. It does a great job at cleaning. The only thing is finding someone to do the cleaning other than me.

Pegasus025: I'm very happy with the power of this vacuum. Easy to snap together and use. Canister is on the small side but works great for me. Picks up my Husky's hair, no prob. The side mounted cord takes getting used to and the handle only detachment is sticky to remove (should improve with use?). Anyway, a really good vacuum

Don: Liked power brush which is great for carpet and floors. Disappointing that it didn’t have a traditional floor attachment which would allow me to get under the bed. Very basic too should be standard. Air filters soil quickly. My old Dyson was way better in that regard.

Shannon Belmore: I used this product only once and returned it. The vacuum was way too heavy and had such a pull on it that it required even more force to pull it back on top of the weight. The suction was good and the only part I liked. However the pet attachment I was excited about for the stairs didn't have the same suction at all. Do not recommend.
