Plus, with its electric blue finish, the Shark ICZ362H Vertex Pro Powered Lift-Away Cordless Vacuum is sure to make a stylish addition to any home.Music Man: I was looking for a handy battery vacuum for a quick clean, but functioned like a traditional vacuum. The other battery vacs with the motor on the top was just to awkward for my hand, and the dust bin capacity wasn't big enough. Shark to the rescue ! It has great suction even on lower setting, which saves your battery. The dust cup holds a good amount and is easy to empty and clean. Battery is easy to recharge. I've not checked the roller to see if hair tangle is eliminated. Attachments are handy. I highly recommend this little vacuum for quick clean.

Jordan: If you're looking for a great all-around cordless vacuum, this is the clear winner! This is the first time I've been so excited about a home appliance!
I tried several other "top ranked" cordless vacuums, and this one actually out-performed even the Dyson v15. The Dyson is actually *too* strong and impossible to move on some carpets. This Shark Vertex picked up just as much, but wasn't so needlessly overpowered that it was hard to maneuver on carpets.
It's easier to handle with the weight distributed towards the bottom too, and it turns so easy it's actually *fun*.
You can also take this thing apart in nearly every way, making replacements easy. AND you can easily go between vacuuming the floor, to using the hose to get a shelf you forgot, to using the long handle--all seamlessly. You can also go straight from hardwood to carpet with the dual brush heads.
And charging it is so easy! You just pop out the battery and place it on it's own little charging dock. It's so much easier than plugging or docking the whole thing. AND this way, you could buy an extra battery to switch in and out so you're never without a charge. Ingenious!
Literally the only...

Alyssa: If you contemplating buying a cordless, just buy this one!
I was super nervous buying a cordless because they don't usually work good and I've tried cheaper ones in the past. If you contemplating buying Shark vs Dyson vs Tineco, buy Shark. My previous Shark Rotator LiftAway Truepet Professional was still kicking it and doing well for almost 10 years. The only reason I had to buy a new one was because the hose wore out and cracked and I was over the wire and carrying it in my tri-level home. Do you have animals? This does great with their fur, cat litter, and food. Kids? Does great picking up all kinds of dirt and food.
Pros: lightweight (my 6 year old is able to vacuum), still get a lift away, weight of cordless at the bottom (not top like most), still get great suction like my corded Shark (I'm amazed), battery life, gets edges better than my corded Shark, still get that closed HEPA filtration, does better on bathroom rugs.
Cons: no light on the hose of the lift away, no spots to store attachments, seems small for the price, you have to touch the cannister inside when you empty it if there is hair wrapped around it, smaller canister (empty more frequently, but it doesn't...

Walid Helal: Pros:
-Great suction and brush roll action, gets my floors and rugs super clean.
-Detachable battery is easy to remove and charge due to simple cylindrical design.
-Lift Away feature very convenient for hard to reach areas
Cons:
-The main head is far too large and cumbersome to maneuver on stairs, around furniture, and tight corners. Shark should’ve provided a smaller roller head for those applications because at least 20% of my floors are unreachable with this head.
-they do not include a clip for on-board attachment storage. It’s a $10 clip available on the Shark website but they decided it was a better idea to run all over the house for attachments to save $10. And they’re out of stock on the Canadian website too so I had to pay $40+ for a tiny piece of plastic shipped from the US. Unacceptable.
Overall I was very excited for this vacuum from the vacuum wars video, but these two flaws make such a big impact on its usability that I cannot recommend it unless have an empty house with no stairs, corners, and furniture.

Mitchell Kawasaki: Versatility and dog hair pick up

Cat lady: The vacuum was alittle heavier than I expected but it was still great. It picks up big pieces of food that kids drop on the floor. Hair doesn’t get tangled in the brush. This is a big plus because my hair is long and constantly clogs the brush at the bottom.
It’s easy to detach and use in the car too.
Only things I would change is to make it easier to use for stairs. I’d also want a compartment to put the attachments in too. So they’re not easy to lose. I’d also want an option for an extra battery too. But unfortunately they’re sold out.

jefD: Love the vacuum.
It as an amazing succion power with high maneuverability and versatility on carpet and hardwood floors.
I just wish the battery life last longer so i could clean the whole house in one charge (2000 sq/ft).

Patty: Lived up to my hype for the product.
Pro: gets my hardwood floors super clean, almost like it's been dusted. I walk around barefoot and can notice a vast difference once the floor has been vacuumed. I have small amount of rugs and it gets those very clean as well. Smallish bath mats you have to secure as the vacuum will suck it off the floor otherwise. It's easy to maneuver. Can vacuum my whole house on medium level with occasional max mode twice on one charge. The max mode is not necessary for daily vacuum. Great for pet hair and long hair pickup no tangling noted. Doesn't struggle with bulky pickup. We did a lot of dust bunny pickup and it handled it like a champ. Love that it's cordless you can just go. Good height fits under most of my furniture in the lift away mode
Cons: it's pricy! For that price a small motorized attachment would be a great addition for car seats etc. The crevice nozzle is the only attachment that is useful. The brushes are too weak to get anything off of couch etc. Wish the canister was a smitch bigger but it's still ok for a small apartment without needing to empty mid vac.
Overall I think it's a great vacuum and would strongly recommend

Amazon Customer: ok. . . .I've owned the earlier version of this Shark Vertex Pro for 6 years (P50-IC162) for 6 years. . .loved it. Got an itch for something new, started shopping around on Amazon. I purchased three other similar vacuums, based on ratings and reviews. . .shipped them all right back for a refund. None were even comparable to my Shark. Finally decided to purchase this one, and it is the new and improved version of my original. It does NOT disappoint either! I LOVE it! If I started writing about all the reasons why, I could write a book. . .I'll try to condense by saying: 1) it has a little weight to it, so it is much easier to control your path as you vacuum (the others were so lightweight that they were constantly pivoting and I felt like I had to fight with them to keep them on track); 2) the suction is excellent 3) the collection cup is bigger than any of the other stick vacuums I purchased 4) the battery life is excellent; I have a 1200 square foot home and can vacuum every inch of floor in one shot without worrying about the battery running out 5) easy to put together and take apart; a single button to easily remove the debris cup, empty it and snap it back into place 6) when...
