Deborah J Durkin: I purchased this vaccum (refurbished) because the battery is on the bottom , not like most cordless vacuums where the battery was on the top.Much easier to handle.It has 2 speeds so it can be used on bare floors or throw rugs or carpet.It picks up well.Makes life a little simpler. My only complaint is the cover for the batteries continually feel off so I just put a piece of tape over it.

john: this vacuum.does about like i thought it would. does a good job on small areas. dust cup small but empties easy. charging station is nice and sets on floor. the blue light after full charge will flash forever while setting on charger does not time out. i just remove cleaner from charger at night.this came in good condition as far as i could see it is new. like it fine.

Nikki Abbott: I used this vacuum at my brothers house and was so impressed that I bought one for myself! I just moved into my apartment so it’s been on my list for awhile, but it was just delivered and does not disappoint! It has great suction and power for a cordless vacuum. I like that it’s gray and white and not an eyesore like most other vacuums. Not a fan of the metallic purple or orange that seems to be dominating the market so this was a breath of fresh air. It isn’t heavy but it’s not as light as the stick vacuums. I actually like that though because it feels like weight really helps the brush get down into high pile carpet without me having to push harder or lean into it. I don’t have a lot of upper body strength but it’s maneuverability is acceptable. It feels very durable and I feel that it will last a long time.

I have owned 2 others like this one. It seems like it has a 5 year life span. They get clogged in a way which is impossible to dislodge. But when they are newer it's fun to dash through the house with their quick swivel action. Easily, it feels like child's play.
I consider myself lucky to have used it for years without a catch but this return is awkward as there isn't even a way to have a UPS pickup.
