Collin M.: This is a good little vacuum for spot touches, like if you want to keep it in a home office or for specific rooms, or for stairs. It comes with a couple of nifty attachments, including a roller like style with rubber fins that is good for catching pet hair if you have a shedder in the house. It is a smaller capacity, but this also keeps it very lightweight, and for its size, has pretty good suction. I don't think it will be your go-to handheld vac, but it's wonderful for very specific purposes that normal handheld vacs kind of slack on. Would still recommend!

am: So far I like the vacuum, but I was disappointed that the product doesn't come with a charging block...they give you the cord to charge but not the block.

LesM: I bought this one due to our previous hand-held developed an electrical problem. This Shark is more than satisfactory with sucking up pet hair and other related items. I am glad I bought it.

DanielleDanielle: 3.7/5 stars. I really couldn't complain much about this product. It went above expectations as far as suction, and dust and hair removal capabilities on upholstery as a shark product should. The tools included work great. I would definitely recommend this hand vacuum as far as all that goes. I unfortunately couldn't give 5 stars due to the short length of time the battery lasts on a full charge. For example, I couldn't vacuum my chair and a half sized chair, let alone my full size, 3 cushioned couch before needing to recharge to finish such a small task. And also, I don't like the position/location of the on/off button. My thumb naturally wants to go to that spot to press for leverage as I vacuum, which obviously shuts it off.

Mel83Mel83: Much to my dismay, my 8 year old Shark handheld vacuum finally died recently - not surprising since it was so old and used multiple times daily, but I was still sad to find that the exact same model is no longer made. I'm autistic and I don't generally do well with "change"...even if the new item may be an upgrade. This particular newer model of Shark handheld seemed like the closest thing to my old beloved original Shark.

Overall, I really like this new handheld Shark. Suction is definitely more powerful than my previous one, and the two attachments that come with it are helpful. The attachments from my old model do not fit on the new one. This new one is much slimmer design and more lightweight - both improvements from my old model.

I appreciate that, like my old one, the power button can be slid on and off and kept in that position, you don't need to constantly hold the power button down while using the vacuum, which is very annoying but for some reason some other popular brands of handheld vacuums still insist on using that style. However, I do not like this style of power button...unlike my old one, this button is recessed and very low profile, and difficult to...

Allie: My husband and I have two very energetic dogs (a male Pomeranian and a female Border Collie) They run a muck in our living room. Luckily, we have a black couch so they don't stain or ruin it. However, just because we have a dark couch doesn't mean nothing shows up. Bonnie, our Border Collie LOOOOVES to dig in the mud and with all this gloom and over cast weather we have been having in Anahiem Hills our grass/dirt has been rather wet the the early mornings and late evenings. Meanwhile, our Pomeranian, Kylo loves to bury his treats and toys. Together they are always coming in the house with dirt on their paws. Oh my and when they get the zoomies!? Game over... For all my pet lovers, if you own any type of animal, you know the struggle. We love our dogs more than anything in this world and would go full John Wick if anyone did anything to them! Alan Coy: The vacuum is fine with good suction, however, the plug for UK sockets was incorrect and made for the continental socket.....not good, please send adaptor in order for me to fully charge the machine.

Miguel: This vacuum has a few things I would change. First, it doesn't have a charging station, just a cable. Second, when it's plugged in, you can't use it; it has to be disconnected to be able to use. Third, the suction power is not that great. However, I have owned it for three years now, and it is still working plus the battery life still going strong, so kudos for that.
