Serena Chris: This food processor worked great for little over a year. It was a great size as I was looking for something to conserve counterspace. It was very easy to use and to clean. It was powerful enough for my needs. I used it to make smoothie bowls with frozen fruit and coconut water. It blended without any issues as long as I added enough coconut water to keep the frozen fruit from sticking together. It blended the consistency to an excellent smooth blend! It did stop working and I am not sure why. It lasted for little over a year. I was happy with it while it lasted, had hoped it would have made it longer than a year.

Received this for Christmas 2021 and by June 2023 the plastic nut on the blade has stripped making it useless. This has always seemed like a wimpy food processor. I always feel like it's having a hard time shredding any hard foods - likes blocks of cheese or carrots. Unable to use it to slice carrots also and we just bought a mandolin slicer for slicing potato's and carrots. Using is it not intuitive, as you have to figure out how to put it together correctly before it will turn on. Seems like it's put together correctly but then it won't turn on until you get it in the exact position - this is a good safety feature but difficult to tell what the exact correct position is. Food shooter is too short and food always ends up all over the counter, even when using the tallest bowl I can fit under the shooter. I would not buy it again.

SW: I really like the size and ease of this food processor. The suction on the feet are a great idea, and it’s super simple and easy to put together and use. I especially like that the blade is so easy to clean. My old processor had too many nooks and crannies in the accessories to clean well. But, the first time I shredded a soft cheese, the plastic flange broke, so now I can’t use the grater/slicer accessory.

The company has since contacted me and sent me a new food processor which was GREATLY appreciated! Great customer service. I’m excited to be able to shred again. This time I will take it slower.

Client d'Amazon: This product is cheap because the give no service at all, you'll get no answers if you request a waranty on parts, Internal rotating parts are cheap and they broke really fast , and it's impossible to get the replacement parts on warranty or part number to buy another one , because they ignore you.

Kaye: Considering the price I was surprised by how solid this little machine is. It's perfect for little jobs and I can leave it on the counter and don't need to pull out my full-sized food processor. I had to contact the supplier with a warranty question and received a prompt response with the answer.

Lyne: Fais râpé du parmesan et ça à été, cute et bien fait. Cette machine est efficace, puissance malgré sa petite taille. Un outil complet. Le seul bémol est la facilité de nettoyage, il y a des pièces où l'on a pas accès à tous les coins. Donc un rinçage rapide après usage pourra éviter des problèmes.

Hadiya: I love this food processor; it is a nice size for small tasks for when I don’t want to bust out my large one. It’s super easy to clean and looks super sleek on my countertop. I have used it twice to make hummus and it did its job! I haven’t yet used the shredder attachment but I’m keen to. It is very powerful, not very loud, and easy to handle. I will update my review if something changes, but so far, nothing but five stars!

DB: I had my doubts at first.
I wasn't familiar with the brand. It seems like it would be too small.
But I took a chance because I wanted a processor with a chute, that would make coleslaw and not pureed cabbage.
I have to say, there's not a lot to choose from.
I was pleasantly surprised.
This processor is small, but it's tall enough to eject the ground up veggies directly into the largest bowl I have and make as large a batch of slaw as I would ever need.
It also does a MUCH BETTER job with carrots and onions than the two Hamilton Beach models I have been using.
The only thing I think could be improved is the outlet opening of the chute which is tapered on the way out in such a way as to become clogged easily.
It's actually pretty easy to remove the whole thing from the base so you can open it over the bowl and clear it out without losing the contents.
But that design also makes cleaning the top section with the chute a little bit trickier than it would be if you could reach through from either end to remove stuck stuff.
This wasn't a problem for me since I ran water throu it as soon as I was finished using it.
But if I wasn't able to do that before...
