Jayde Moloney: Bought this to help my lower back and keep my stomach a little more flat. Unfortunately I have a long torso so it's just not long enough to be able to wrap around where I need it and the velcro end is really thick so it shows under my shirts. It's got kind of scratchy material so I tried wearing it over an undershirt but under my regular shirt which helped, but created slippage with the wrap. I had to wrap it pretty tight to be able to reach the various velcro spots but that made it where I couldn't bend over at all.
