Darrel StierleDarrel Stierle: It's relatively light, packs up easily and is very stable. Good for backcountry lakes and much cheaper than a pack raft. I took it to Hawaii in a suitcase to avoid multiple rental fees. It does paddle very slowly however as it's not of drop stitch construction

cdnSTEELman: Now that I’ve had the opportunity to use this inflatable a few times I’m better positioned to review it. As this is an inflatable - it doesn't behave like a kayak - even a sit in kayak - as it does not draught in and cut through the water… it floats on top and so while it approximates the shape and length of a sit-on kayak, it simply tracks and paddles differently. All of this is okay if that’s what you’re expecting (I certainly was). After messing with the seat configuration for a while, I finally figured out how I think it’s supposed to go but clearer instructions would be helpful. This is the same for the steps required to deflate and restore the inflatable to “backpack” mode. Also - while the bi-directional pump is very effective - the adapter for the smaller ports (1, 2, & 5) does not stay in the valve on its own, making for awkward, one-handed pumping. Fortunately these are small air chambers. I’ve done a few ~45 minute calm lake paddles chasing my kids on their rigid kayaks and the rig performed admirably BUT I would not likely take it on a long adventure, especially anything requiring nimbleness… there is very little post-stroke glide as it...

Wanda FitzgeraldWanda Fitzgerald: Firstly, let me say, I love this boat. It is a really awesome design for an inflatable, and the price is great. We have one of another brand, and we like them for paddling around the rivers near our house. These are great because they are easy to store, and you don't have to leave a cart behind on shore. . We don't drive so if we want to go out, we just grab one and go. We intend to get hard shell boats next summer, but right now that isn't feasible. I was very excited to get this the other day. But when I blew it up to check it out there were a couple of little pin holes near the #4 valve. So I am sending this back for a replacement. I have also ordered a second one for my partner as our big inflatable weighs 30lbs and is hard for him to carry with gear. etc. I gave it four stars because I believe it is a really good product. It's well designed, and the weight capacity is 400lb. Not that we are that heavy, but you can carry gear etc and not worry about riding low in the water,. Will update when the new one arrives.
August 19th 2022: We received a replacement promptly and all is well. Ordered a second. Had them out a few times and the are pretty good on flat water, if...

BunnyD: I bought 2 of these. One for me, and one for my kayak buddy - my husband. I had some worries that it would be just some beach float pretending to be a kayak. This is not a float. This is a kayak!
Easy to follow - instructions just do the set-up and take down one step at a time. The blow up process is fast. I didn't time it, but the pump blows air in on the push down and pull up.
We inflated them, then took a 10 minute break to let the let the air bladders relax so we could fully inflate the kayak. So, blow up, break, finish blowing up is the secret there.
Follow the directions to convert the backpack into a seat. Easy!
A lot of reviews say the paddles are crap, and that's because they are! 😜 It's a byop (buy your own paddle) situation. There are really nice paddle cleats on one side of the kayak.
Inflated it feels light as a beach float, so you just carry it to the water. Deflated, it feels WAY lighted then my hard shell kayaks, but oddly heavier then when it was inflated.
SO, the launch! Carried it to the water, plopped it in the water, wasn't sure exactly how to get on an inflatable kayak. I just sat on it as close to the seat as I could get, brought my legs...

MegMeg: I just received this two days ago, and got on the lake today! I put 9 miles on it, and can honestly say it's a great purchase. (Pictures Included)
To start out, because it's helpful:
I'm a 5'10, 200lb woman with a 36" inseam...so yes, I have long legs. This was a perfect fit for me. My 6'5 brother sat on it while I had it on the lawn, and it was a great fit for him as well.
It also didn't sink even the slightest, and the only time I got wet was when I awkwardly got off the kayak while the wind kinda moved it.
Ok, on to the Kayak:
There are four (five) individual compartments, so it will stay inflated if something does happen, but the material is strong, and our dock master passed it off without hesitation.
All the other reviews are right... the paddle is a little flimsy and comes apart way too easily. Luckily I happened to already have a yellow/black one, that matched this perfectly. (as you can see in the pictures)
It's super easy to inflate, and only takes about 5-7 minutes once you know what you're doing. (I learned how to unpack and pack it on my front lawn, and made sure it was all working before I took it to the lake) The pump is easy to use, and has...

Laura Evans: I'd give it 5 stars because I got I on sale if only I could pump it up by myself. Unfortunately I found I needed a second person to do it with me
