E Gaskell: I didn't think a pan could make that much difference but it does. Previously, I used a lighter metal pan or a glass pan and soggy or uncooked bottom crusts were the result. With this pan, I was happy to see a flaky, cooked, nicely browned crust. The reviews are certainly true!

Becky H: I've always struggled with my pie crusts not baking through and/or they stick to the bottom of the pan. Not anymore! These pans are amazing so I bought more and plan to buy other bakeware from this brand. I took away 1 star for ease of cleaning because these are to be handwashed. Not a big deal since the no-stick surface works so well.

Tomash: If you are into pies, you must buy this pan. Already used it twice since the pan arrived last week, the results are excellent. The pie slides out of thr pan with no effort and the crust is like store bought.
