Bart: Cooked a couple of pies now and these have been great. They seem rather strong too, which is a good thing considering the delivery driver threw my parcel over the fence onto a pebblecrete driveway. I heard the thud and thought 'thanks mate, now i'm gonna have broken pie dishes.' But no, both were totally unscathed.
