Brandon T.: It is as described. Lock is efficient, although I have not tried to break into myself, it does work for what I need it for. It keeps things important protected. If you need more room you can take out the liner, which is nice. Can't really go wrong with Sentry.

JR: Bought this for my daughter but I tested it thoroughly. I believe it is sturdy and easy to program and use. It was a bit hard to close, like it was slightly off kilter bit not enough to interfere with the closing or locking. The metal isn't super thick but that keeps it from being heavy. A professional could probably get in it,but I believe it's a good deterrent and the tether buys you some time. I'd recommend it.

Sei que veio torto porque é o segundo que comprei. O primeiro fecha sem problemas, já esse veio com um acabamento ruim.

Sam Deffenbaugh: Some of these negative reviews seem to be from people who use this as a safe. If you need to secure weapons, crucial documents, etc. from theft or fire, this product isn't for you. I personally have it in my car behind my back seat. The metal cord wraps nicely around the metal that secures the seat to the floor. It's been great for locking up my wallet/keys while I go on a hike or go out on a jobsite.

Also, Sentry Safe makes a great handgun safe that I've been using for quite some time in my home if you're looking for something more substantial.

5.0 V8: I bought this to store my passport and other small items at home. Nice quality for the price and easy to manipulate, good space inside. The cord is great, I can screw it to something that would mean more time and effort needed to steal the box. If you are looking for something that you can't break into then you would need to spend 10x the price on something else. This secure box is a good safer solution than not having any protection at all for something valuable.
