The knob won’t open all the way, so i had to pull really hard to open the box. then i couldn’t close it as if something was jammed or blocking it but there was quite literally nothing. waste of money

Wish the cable was attached to box. The lid just keeps it in place when closed.
Dont lose the keys if you forget your code....

Perdí el manual, lo encontré en la página de sentry safe y por más que seguía las instrucciones para grabar el código de seguridad se grababa pero no me cerraba la caja, tuve que cerrar la caja con la llave, programar el código y ya está funcionando normalmente. No sirve como caja fuerte, porque la cerradura es fácil de romper, pero si para mantener bajo llave objetos personales en la oficina por ejemplo.
