With responses from the manufacturer saying to seek refunds or discounts on all SEI fireplaces. As long as you don't mind not having that feature then this is a good fireplace keeps the living g room toasty

Penn_State_HBG_grad_04: Despite what some have said its not hard to put together AT ALL except have a short phillips head screwdriver handy. The wood is nice and study and can take a tv with ease... i'm using mine for display purposes for a wall-mounted corner TV. the top folds up to fill in a corner gap or sits down for a flush mount. Remote works great and can adjust flames, logs, temperature and timer. Accent touch lights are a nice touch but I think I will adjust the touchpoint to make it easier to use.

Chelsea: Easy to put together and looks great. It puts out nice heat and the ambiance is nice. The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars was the Alexa set up. You only get one chance to set it up so if your internet messes up or anything glitches, there's no way to restart the set up which is what happened to me. For whatever reason the set up page froze and then booted me out and it wouldn't let me do it again. So unfortunately my Alexa has no access to turn it on or off but at least there's a remote that comes with it.

Instructions were ok. Some of the screw locations were almost impossible for my banana hands. But nonetheless after 3 hours it’s all together and working good. Hopefully it lasts 25+ years😂
Remote is kinda cheesy for $600+ I feel that more could have been assembled inside the box that was delivered making less work for the customer. The furnace box is shipped separately and that was the easiest part. Slide that in thru the back and 2 wooden clamps screw into the back to hold it in. Done. I’m pretty sure the $600 price is to help with the shipping of which I’m sure they took a beating on.
