Alex: I really the large selection of different sizes available. I was planning on getting a space heater for my camper and this worked way better. It fills the empty slot where the outdated TV used to go. Install was easy and with a little outfitting it looks great! The only thing its missing is a thermostat, once it is on, it runs until timer is up or its shut off.

Kurt H.: Bought this as a centerpiece for a new built-in cabinet project in the living room. Could not have been simpler to measure, fit, and install. It’s beautiful. Looks modern, sleek, and gives the feel that you want with all the adjustable color and brightness options. The heat is good too. Highly recommend.

LeacyLeacy: Unfortunately my picture does not do this fireplace justice. It is far more beautiful than the picture. I've always wanted a home with a fireplace. I finally bought one that had a gas fireplace. Yet all my friends said they only used theirs maybe once or twice a year because gas was so expensive and they just pulled the heat out of the home in the winter. Well I've always wanted a fireplace for the ambiance. So I decided to replace my "real" gas fireplace with an electric one. I LOVE IT!!!! I love that the colors of the flames can be changes, I love that the colors of the crystals can be changed, I love that there is a dimmer which also changes the intensity of the color of both the crystals and flames, I ESPECIALLY love that there is a speed control of the flame. I generally keep it on the slowest speed setting because it is more hypnotic/meditative. I actually have this fireplace on almost every single day it is so beautiful. It's only not on if the TV is on. The heat generated is just ok. I doubt it would be sufficient to actually heat a room, but that is NOT why I purchased it. I purchased it for the artwork it is and how RELAXED it makes me feel!
I can honestly say that...

Lori: We were replacing an older propane fireplace and researched every option...new propane, electric fireplace, no fireplace. My first choice was to get a linear propane fireplace, but that would have cost between $7k-$10k to do right. Living in upstate NY a winter power failure can get dicey, so a propane fireplace made sense. But we have a powerful propane pot heater for such occasions, so we nixed that option. We saw the electric fireplaces in a showroom that were around $2k...still too much when you consider the prices you find for many brands on Amazon. We went with this based on reviews, especially a video made by a guy who has installed many who said he thought the flame looked most realistic on this brand. I was concerned that the whole thing would look more like a cheap toy than a fireplace, but we pulled the trigger. I am happy with the look of the flame but I was not too thrilled with the way the LEDs looked thru the clear crystals. Hubby searched (on Amazon) and found black iridescent crystals for under $9. they made a big difference, but still there were some reflections in the back mirror of points of light from LEDs. I ran black electrical tape along the edge of the...

lottanurselottanurse: We love this fire place insert. It looks great and the different color options are really cool. It also seems to heat well although it hasn’t been cold enough yet for us to really leave to heat on very long.
