Willerwoman: I bought this based on a review by Travel Fashion Girl. I love, love this bag!!! I took it on a cruise in Croatia and have used it on several trips since.I've now had it about 10 months. It is small but it holds a LOT! I can get my laptop plus my I-pad mini in it plus the cords and mouse. Also several folders and other small items. The side zipper pocket is great for my reading glasses and sunglasses. The other side pocket holds my water bottle or other item. The outer zipper pocket is great for small items like gum, tissues, etc. I am always amazed at how much I can stuff into it! It is compact. The zippers have clips to discourage pick-pockets and to prevent them from unzipping unawares. It easily fits under the airline seat. I often clip my sound reducing headphones to the outside, or can even get them inside the bag if I don't bring my laptop. The handle on top is handy to clip my water bottle carabiner to. Overall a GREAT bag. I no longer use my big backpack for travel. The only thing I sometimes wish is that there were 2 zippers on each zipper closure so I could open and close it from either end, but that would decrease the security.

Lizzeebee: First off, it’s beautiful. I love the color, pattern and fabric quality. The zipper pulls all have a corresponding loop to “lock” into. This was an excellent bag to take on the plane. Not too big, but has a spot for everything I needed. Water bottle, snacks, book, wallet, personal items and even my travel blanket. Absolutely perfect!

Gitanjali V.: The blue is a nice colour and any gender would probably be comfortable using it.
We have taken our laptops to work, used for trips, general day trips too.
I like the side pockets for water bottle and a zippered one which can hold sunglasses case etc.
Not sure why the price fluctuates so much, so keep an eye on that if you are planning to buy this.
No complaints so far.

ESJensen: I haven't used this for an overseas flight yet as our trip was cancelled. However, I packed all the items I needed into it and they fit. I like the compact shape and size and the security features. Fabric is durable, so it should withstand sliding under the seat and dragging it out again.

I don't travel with a laptop, so not sure how well it would work for that as the main opening isn't overly large.

Water bottle pocket works for mine, might be tight for larger diameter bottles.

I like the locking outside pocket with slots for cards and paper and the fact that it has RIFD protection.

Jojo D.Jojo D.: This is my second one… had the first for about 8 years, and mostly replaced it because the outside small pouch zipper started to catch and don’t want it breaking when I’m unprepared.

Bought this for everyday use- NYC subway- but it’s also great for traveling. It’s very nice looking, well made sturdy but lightweight; enough room for a small laptop, a few items of clothing, some makeup, etc. Nice padded straps- I do sometimes wish it had a chest strap because if total weight once stuffed, but then it would look like more of a hiking item and not as sophisticated (for a backpack) as it looks.

This version is even better than the first one: they made the water bottle pocket deeper (I have a tall metal water bottle that kept falling out unless tied to the backpack’s carry loop).

The inside tablet pocket is taller than before, and the padding is thicker, sewn all the way in now so it won’t move around. In my first one the padding clumped at the bottom right away, and made the pocket kind of collapse.

When going out, I always clip the zipper safety hooks onto the little D- rings, and it takes two hands plus some determination...

Martina ScarffMartina Scarff: This arrived in the time I expected. I took it on the plan as my accessory item and I fit a lot of stuff in there! I was perfect for keeping my hands free while I wheeled my carry-on case around.

The D shaped top flap was a bit hard to open sometimes, especially if you were trying to one-hand open it and hold the pack with your other hand. But, overall a great backpack you can stuff lots in. I think the safety latches are good, but the odd time I think the one on the front flap opened.

Paul B.: Just received this and can't wait to use it on a upcoming trip to Europe. The Travelon antitheft features (lockable zip closures) are great - doubtful that they would stand up to a determined thief, but would probably be a deterrent to pick-pockets. The black/white striped bag is stylish and will hold a small tablet, phone, water bottle and essentials for a day out.

Julie: I love this backpack. It is the perfect size, it is big enough to carry everything I need while wandering around the city but not too big to get in the way. I like the fact that the zippers lock to slow down/stop pick pockets. It’s well made, has lots of compartments for your water bottle, cards, cell phone etc. I’m really pleased with this backpack and would recommend it for anyone who is looking for a nice travel backpack.

Jerferd: This is just a lovely little backpack. I bought it to take on a trip to Philadelphia, after looking at about a million billion other bags online. I loved the safety features, and wanted something fairly small and minimalistic - classy enough to take to a job interview, but comfortable enough to hold a few items hands-free as I traveled around the city. This item fit the bill perfectly. It's quite lightweight, so even with several items in it, you barely feel that you're wearing it.

The water bottle pocket on the side is really roomy, and I was able to fit a full-sized travel mug in there. That pocket is fully lined and zipper/mesh-free, too, so it avoids that sort of annoyance. It makes it really easy to access your drink on the go. The other side easily holds a travel umbrella or other item, and has a little mesh pocket inside it as well.

There were lots of useful little compartments in the front compartment and elsewhere, and a padded iPad sleeve inside. I had no trouble finding room for a number of things. It's a pretty small backpack, but it could hold a few necessary items and a little purchase or two, or a pair of shoes, or a...
