James H: I have been going to gym's for more than 45 years, and these are absolutely "The Best" spring clips I've ever used. The are so easy to put on and take off olympic bars, and they hold as tight as they should with no slippage of the weights.
I only wished all of the gyms I've belong to had these clips. The owners of this business should try and be the distributor of these clips to gyms all across the country, and the rest of the word.

Mo$lem: for buying this kind of product you have to make sure the one you get is the exact size for example some of the dumbbells need this kind of material for make them safe to use but the size of them is not mach with this one like they are 1" or 1.5" make sure you are getting the right one.
