Denise D.: Yes, I'm very happy with this small, energy efficient, dehumidifier! I'm not sure why it doesn't work for some but I am very pleased with the job it does in my "she shed". The shed is about 10×16, on a cement slab, on the edge of our woods in southwestern Wisconsin. My husband says the walls are insulated but not the ceiling. It is cedar sided with knotty pine walls, and a tiled floor. The windows are just storm/screened windows, not insulated. On humid days, I run it and it does a great job. Of course, I shut all the windows so it is only working to eliminate humidity in the shed-not the whole outdoors! It's easy to take the container out and dump the water. And, as it starts to get chillier, it warms up the shed a bit.

Amazon Customer: The media could not be loaded. I have ac units and hot water heat. Moisture gets in the air and this works great! Especially when it gets muggy out. Easy to empty the water tank and turn it back on again. I wish I bought more than 1 when it was ok sale. Got it for about $34

WigglesWiggles: Ran for a day and only a small amount of moisture has been captured. 70f and 54% humidity. 120 sq ft room. Conditions are well within the specs for optimum advertised performance. I don't think this unit is big enough for my use. The form factor and quality of the build seems pretty good. When I returned the item for a refund the customer service rep contacted me to see if there was anything they could do to help - which was very impressive.

I understand this item is past any return date and warranty. This things sucked so bad that I didn’t even waste my time (until now) to spill the beans on a discontinued piece of junk.
