Roy: Fast delivery as always with Amazon. Tried this wrench out today and having read both positive and negative reviews I kept an open mind. I set it to 2nm as wanted to see how it performs at its lowest setting. I can report mine was fine, some reviewers say it failed to click, I wonder if it was a case if not hearing it as it is very quiet, you need to hold it lightly to feel the gentle click, for me it was a case of feeling it rather than hearing it. I have a larger heavy duty torque wrench which has a notable click, if unfamiliar with torque wrenches you may expect a more notable click but I believe due to its low setting this is working how it should.

Ronei: Not entirely sure about calibration accuracy.I bought it late December and the certificate of calibration was done in February. Nearly a year has passed by without it being used. I bought it to use with low torque. 12N. It did not click, but because I knew how it feels like I didn't snapped the bolt. I probably will be using as a normal wrench.
It is a heavy torque wrench and very sturdy, it's a pity that I can't trust 100% on its accuracy though.

Update:

It seems the torque wrench is working just fine now. Maybe it need to be used a little first before it start to work properly. I'm using it quite regularly now and I can say that I'm really happy with it and do trust it now. It is very accurate now.

Definitely would recommend it, however for low torque like I need for the fist job (12N) I would recommend to use it a few times first before applying it in a torque sensitive material (carbon)

Hurco: Excellent torque wrench for use on my push bike. I have used this to set the bolts on my saddle, seat post and headset to the correct torque spec. I shopped around for a while to find a small torque wrench at a reasonable price, although this one is at the top of my budget I liked the fact it had a proper locking mechanism for the torque setting similar to a larger wrench I own. Many of the smaller torque wrenches only allow you to set the torque but and while using it you can alter the setting accidentally. This wrench lets you set the torque, fix the locking screw and then spanner away knowing its the correct setting. Nice hard case it comes in and the wrench is easy to read and use, no issue with it., Certificate of calibration included, not tested it for accuracy but should be fine for what I use it for.

E. G.: I needed a torque wrench for car maintenance and ordered this one. I read in a couple of reviews that sometimes it did not work and people stripped threads and bolts. It looked ok and solidly built and I decided to try it out first before using it on the car. Well, even at the lowest setting it stripped the test bolt. It operates as a ratchet and not a torque wrench. I tried all torque settings but it simply does not work. If I had not tested it I would now be facing major problems.

EDIT: Before I sent it back I decided to give it another go. And It worked! And actually it worked well. It fees solid, it is easy to set the torque and as far as I can tell it must be accurate. I was able to change discs and pads, oil and filter and spark plugs with no problem. It seems that it needs some time for all the internals to start moving.
Overall it works very well, is solid and probably accurate and as it is cheap you can use it as breaker bar (within reason). I now consider this one of the best tools I have. Be careful though and test it before you torque that sump plug.

JLC: Got this for working on my bike given the detailed torques parts need to be tightened to now. Overall an excellent bit of kit, easy to use, excellent value and having the calibration certificate compared to the comparably priced bike specific 1/4" wrenches plus the general wider availability of 3/8" sockets makes it a winner.

2 niggles that prevented me giving it 5 starts. No release for the head, my other non torque socket wrenches have a button to release the socket which when you're trying to change when your hands are greasy make it a lot easier. Micrometer has no clear 1.0 nm marking, the scale on the wrench goes from 2 - 24 NM in 2 NM jumps(and on the underside from 1.47 - 17.70 Ft Pounds)but micrometer on handle has markings from 0 to 1.9 NM but only numbered in 0.4 NM jumps so marked for 0.8 and 1.2 but setting e.g. 5 NM more fiddly than needed. But please note these are only niggles it is a really solid tool, just remember to get good sockets to go with it and factor them into the price.
