Seul: Good 1/4" torque ratchet with hex set for the money. I use it for my bike and it's been very good. Not quite as smooth nor I think as reproducible/precise as my more expensive larger ones, but I needed something smaller and in low-torque range for bike. Being i NM is perfect for that. I very much like this and would recommend. Case seems good too - a lot of budget bands skimp there and they did not. Very nice product. Will it last 20 years? I dunno ... that's why I can't quite get to a full 5 stars... good value so far, but not if it breaks in a few months.

David gallaugher: Purchased for maintaining my bike. Have used a couple times and it seems like a good tool. Easy to use and great feedback on the torque click. Nice carry case and good craftsmanship. Comes with all the hex heads too. Good instructions.

Got the package today, first impressions are:
Solid build quality
Excellent selection of attachments / sizings
Clear instructions on how to adjust the torque properly, which is something usually missing from similar products.
Quality compliance check was included as well and although not expected it was a nice touch.
Overall the tool is comfortable to use and accuracy of the torque settings seems very good.
Would definitely recommend and good price point too.
