Tall Russian: This supplement makes aquarium plants happy! But it also makes shrimp anxious. I use half of the recommended doze but twice as often as recommended. My tank is heavily planted and heavily populated with fresh water fish, shrimp and snails. I noticed that using the recommended amount makes the shrimp very restless - they start to run around as if trying to escape from water, and several of my shrimp dies the first time I used it. After that, I cut the amount in half, and that works much better - now all of my shrimp are happy and all of my plants are growing and looking very healthy!

Aaron Merritt: Instructions on the bottle are very easy to follow and the cap is a guideline for measuring. Plants brighten up and pop with minutes of adding it to the water. If you're having a slow down with your plants or just getting your planted aquarium started, throw this in, it will greatly speed up the process. Many of the plants that I have that don't get color on them without CO2 even seem to grow with color, and no, I do not have a CO2 diffuser. Will continue to buy this when it runs out for sure.
