Laura hayman: I purchased this vacuum cleaner for my store. We have thin industrial carpet that Has to be vacuumed every day. I can do a 10,000 square-foot area and still not use up the entire battery. The suction is great and it’s easy to empty out. If it were a little less pricey, I would buy more of them. I highly recommend!

Matt: I bought one of these to clean our work offices in early Jan 2022. I loved it and so did our cleaning staff. It was light weight, performed well and cleaned up lots of dirt that our plug in professional grade Sanitaire left behind. I was so impressed with the power and cleaning ability I picked one up for personal home use a couple of weeks later in late January.

In Feb 2022 the office unit developed an issue where the headlights would stay on continuously when it was turned off and not charging. This would drain the battery overnight making the vac useless the next day. I sent it back to amazon in March 2022 and got a second unit. The second unit performed well until early April 2022 and then developed the same "lights stuck on" issue.

Fast forward to today April 24 2022 - My home unit now has the headlights stuck on no matter if it's charging, operating or sitting in the closet. This is disappointing at best. Of the 3 units I have personally handled all have died from the same problem.

Frank: This vacuum has a unique design that offers several big advantages, but one real disadvantage. It works best with an extra battery (expensive) and filter (inexpensive).. What's unusual is that, instead of putting the motor and dust receptacle in the middle/body of the machine, everything is in the head. This means it will not fall over from standing, and you can leave it anywhere -- leave the extra battery on charge, and just swap it out when the charge gets low. The dust canister has a sliding bar to help knock the dust out, and the foam filter is big, with a lot of surface area. It can be washed thoroughly, but takes some time to dry, which is why it's good to have a a second. The disadvantage is that, with everything in the head, it doesn't fit well under furniture. If you can tolerate that, this is a useful, powerful vacuum good for rugs and for cleaning sand and dirt off bare floors.
