Salux Nylon Japanese Beauty Exfoliating Skin Bath Wash Cloth/Towel

sommer: I rarely write reviews but I am obsessed with this thing. I bought my first one years ago at a small boutique in laguna beach. Needless to say I paid a lot more for it. The owner of the store told me how amazing it was and how she couldn’t live without hers so I thought I’d give it a try. Fast forward at least 5 years later and I’m still using it and it’s held up!! I wanted to get another one because it’s so old but I could only find knock offs, which I tried and are not nearly as good. So I am SO excited I found it here! Lathers like a miracle, exfoliates like a dream, gets hard to reach spots on your back, stays in tact and so easy to rinse when done. I have a shower caddy with arms that I hang it on to dry. I can’t recommend this enough.

Stacy M Stevens: I bought this for my mother because she has very dry skin and I also bought one for myself. I absolutely love my Salux cloth. It is great for exfoliating my dry skin. I can tell a big difference in how smooth my skin feels and it looks healthier. I have sensitive skin and this does not irritate my skin at all. When I first got it I was a little concerned about the size of it but I actual really love how big it is, it is so easy to wash your back and I just fold it when washing my arms or legs. Much more sanitary than a loofah and I wash it with my regular wash cloths and towels.

parypari87: I've tried many gloves, sponges, and other types of things for exfoliation. I epilate my legs so I find exfoliation an integral part of my bathing routine to keep ingrown hairs at bay. What I enjoy most about this cloth is that you can ball it up and use as a sponge, or you can stretch it out and use as a back exfoliating cloth. It is very easy to rinse clean, I hold it for a couple seconds under the shower stream and it is rinsed of soap. It dries very quickly too, and I do recommend hanging it up to dry to prolong its life. It is rough enough to keep skin smooth and since I've been using this, I haven't had an issue with ingrown hairs. I do use it with soap and suds it up quite a bit bc it rubs easier on the skin that way. Using it without soap seems a little rough and it doesn't move on the skin in an effective way to exfoliate. I will definitely repurchase this again when the current one has given me its full lifespan of exfoliation!

Sharon: I received this wash cloth about a month ago, and I love it!! I do not recommend it to anyone with hyper sensitive skin because the texture of the cloth is pretty scratchy, even after it has been saturated with suds. It does not feel like a traditional washcloth, it feels like a tiny, porous, plastic/nylon mesh grid. But scrubbing with it feels totally invigorating and exfoliating, I can definitely feel it helping to shed dead skin cells and improving circulation.

I put a dime sized amount of body wash on the cloth, and scrunch it together with a little water to create lather - and you get a LOT of lather this way. I haven't needed to buy more body wash in awhile. The length of this cloth is perfect for reaching your back! Also, if you have a problem with shaving bumps on your legs as I sometimes do, using this cloth repeatedly over time will remove them! Just don't moisturize right after, or the pores may clog.

You feel totally clean after using it, compared to a loofah, washcloth, or poof. With repeated use, your skin will be softer. A+!

Monica Mitchem: I ordered one of these after reading about it on a beauty forum. It takes a little getting used to, but it does a good job of removing dead skin. It leaves my skin soft and I seem to need less lotion than I used to. It dries quickly too.
