C. Poole: The equipment is good for the fireplace usage. Not as heavy as it looks but it seems to be pretty sturdy.

KatieLee7210KatieLee7210: Well they look cheap. The “brass” one I got just doesn’t look good however I can’t complain I paid next to nothing for them. They are very easy to assemble. Seems pretty stable and the size is just perfect. I’m not sure how well they work as I haven’t had a fire yet but I think they’ll be fine. They are just what I needed for my fireplace I just think I’d have done so much better had I ordered plain old black, it’s my only complaint so over all not a bad purchase at all. Oh and the delivery was super fast and really well packaged so no damage could happen during transportation.

Chrelen: I was so excited when I found this. It matches my fire place perfectly. However, it definitely isn’t great quality. The pieces are very light weight and probably will not last very long. The description says it’s wrought iron but due to the lack of weight to it, I find that hard to believe. The tools sit in the stand odd and makes them stick out. So I always have to make sure the poke is turned inward or hanging on the backside of the stand. I will probably be looking for a better quality set after the fall season.

Amazon Customer: These look pretty much how it was explained and shown in the pictures.
It's not super sturdy but they are cheaper than many of the others.
They work fine and have been in regular use since purchase.
If you don't need something heavy duty, these work well.
