Hailey Burdick: I liked the color but it did make my chocolate seize and I'm not sure why. That often happens when too much much water based liquid is put in your chocolate so maybe this coloring isn't the best choice. Even after shaking the bottle like the instructions say, it doesn't seem to have happenned to others
