Amazon Customer: I love how small this is. It basically imposes no changes to my biking. Seat post bag can get in the way of lights or reflectors but this just sits on a top tube and offers some small but much appreciated storage space for the essentials.

Nicholas K. BurkettNicholas K. Burkett: The real headline here is: you get what you pay for, and in this case, that isn't much. This isn't without positives. I like the design - the overall shape, the way the front wraps around the steerer tube, etc - and, on the spectrum of broken English Amazon junk brand names, "Roswheel" is pretty funny and certainly better than most. The cons leave a more lasting impression on me than those pros do, though. For one thing, the rubberized-looking surface on the bottom of the bag is only rubberized *looking*. In actuality, there's not a thing soft or rubbery about it; it's a slick, nubby plastic. I don't know yet if it'll mar paint, but I know it isn't the material it looked like or that I would've chosen. Worse, Roswheel cut even more corners in ensuring that even that chintzy material was all that contacts the frame. The velcro loop that wraps around the top tube *does* have some of that same plastic sewn into it - but in the wrong places. The result is that (as pictured) the scratchy side of the velcro is facing the bike frame where it attaches to one of the plastic clips. At the other clip, the velcro faces away from the frame, but the coarse plastic-y backing of it touches the...

Alex: This little pouch works great. It holds all of the things you need for a long bike ride. It can also be relatively easily attached and removed repeatedly, which is a nice feature if you store your bike outside or in a storage room. It's very water resistant and has some internal pockets for money or credit cards. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is that 1) it could be a smidge bigger and 2) it would be quicker to remove and attach if it had some kind of snap clips rather than velcro.

LectricheadLectrichead: I don’t like to bring a lot of extra stuff and think that one seat bag should really be sufficient for anything up to maybe a 40 or 50-mile ride or a bit more on a regular ride.

But every once in a while I need a little extra room, the Roswheel Race Series Under-Top Tube bag is perfect for when I need a bit of extra space.

It’s a good fill-in bag I guess you’d say.

And it does this job well and looks great doing it. Like all of the Roswheel stuff bags that I’ve gotten, it’s manufactured extremely well.

It’s made up of some sort of waterproof material and has a bit of padding with a bluish waterproof coating on the inside, the company claims the material is very tear-resistant but lighter. The zippers are even YKK water-resistant zippers, kind of hard to go wrong with quality like that. The rear strap has a bit of a wider additional section and the part that goes under the strap and comes together allows you to pull the strap closed to hold it in place on that bar.

There’s a mesh pocket in the back of four cards ID or money or whatever. Like most of Roswheel’s bags, the sewing seems to be really good quality.

Melmo: dafür stört sie am Rennrad aber beim Wiegetritt nicht. Ein Portemonnaie passt da nicht rein, aber das nötigste Werkzeug mit Rennradschlauch, oder USB Charger für Navi/Smartphone. Für Tourenrad würde ich eine grössere wählen.
