Nabeeha M.: This is cooling and the vibrations aren’t too aggressive. If you put this in the fridge like 5-10 minutes before you use it it’ll cool your skin, it gets cold pretty fast and you’ll be able to use it cold for around 1-2 minutes before it warms up from the heat of your skin.

moo: To those saying the vibration doesn’t work, There is an indent on the cap which is there so that you know to line it up with the line on the handle of the roller. If you don’t line it up, it will not work. I’ve seen so many bad reviews on this so I’m mainly making this review to clear it up because it seems that people are so quick to leave a bad review instead of attempting to figure it out.

Besides that, it seems good quality, It’s beautiful and I like that there are two head attachments. As far as whether it does something or not, I don’t think that’s a problem with this specific product. If you don’t think jade rollers do much for you then maybe theyre just not for you. No need to leave a bad review for that either. I do agree though that the vibration is pretty strong and I’m not entirely sure of the purpose for it, I’m assuming it just feels good to some people? Other than that this is a nice roller and makes a cute and nice gift. I don’t know too much about rollers and their benefits but I recommend you research that before purchasing one of these so that you know what to expect.

Muffy: I had some face surgery and I just could not get the pressure and swelling down on the sides of my face, near my ears, for over a year. It was uncomfortable and looked really bad. So I tried using this roller on those areas 1-2 times a day and it actually helped A LOT! I really notice a difference - less pressure and discomfort there and it looks much less swollen and inflamed. But you do have to keep up the use of this every day to keep the swelling and puffiness down. But it only takes about 5 minutes and I just do it when I'm lying in bed watching TV. I did take off one point because the first one I got had some faulty switch or wiring inside so the vibration motor would slow down and then stop after a few minutes of use. But Amazon switched it out for me and the new one seems to work fine so far. Other than the on/off switch this item feels sturdy in your hand. The roller is a cold, hard, smooth rose quarts and is really nice on the face. The handle is a hard, sturdy metal with some weigh to it, which would seem to hold up very well over time. I think this was a great price for what you get.

The vibrations are nice and my face feels rejuvinated. Not sure if it will help puffiness or pores, but I have high hopes!
