Melissa Navas: I absolutely love this thing! I got the one with two rollers. I’m so happy I purchased it. I use it pretty much everyday on my face and neck. It feels so amazing. I keep the rollers in the freezer when I’m not using it. It definitely helps with redness and irritation, and makes my skin look and feel smoother. It’s also great for headaches, and rubbing on sore areas of the body like back of your neck, or legs. And it stays cold for a good amount of time. I will say since it’s a little big, it’s hard to roll under your eyes, but I still manage. Definitely still recommend!

Sharon Smith: I just got it so can't say how it works but I'm so frustrated at buying things that come with no directions. I don't know how to change the rollers - I'm afraid that if I pull the "arms," I'll break it BECAUSE THERE ARE NO DIRECTIONS.
OK, now that I've used it, I love it. See no need to change the rollers - the plastic one with beads is fine. I put it in the freezer and it was cold for a long time - didn't time it. It was almost too cold for my face, which is where I need it for an annoying eye condition. Last night, I put it in the frig, and it is just the right amount of cold. I'm still frustrated that no directions are included, but I like the product a lot and recommend it highly.
