Shantel Moore: I was pleasantly surprised by the nice packaging and how heavy the devices were! You can feel how good of quality they are. My only complaint is the same as everyone else - the large stone on the roller pops off so easy and squeaks as I roll it on my face. When I “pump” it on my face (per the instructions), the large stone falls up and I end up stabbing myself with the prongs! Ouch! I ordered a replacement, we will see if that one has the same issue. Besides that I’m happy with the quality and hope it’ll motivate me to use more self care on my face!

RosAnn: I foolishly purchased this item.
Now the presentation and the packaging are amazing I must say.
I had never had such a nice package and welcome card.
But if I was thinking this will do anything but make me think I am going to smooth out wrinkles, I was foolish to think so.
I would say it may be useful in making you feel good that you are doing something for your skin by draining lymph, but in all honesty, this is not the wrinkle solution.
The items that were included were the roller and the flat stone.
I am not sure this is actual jade no way for me to tell.
A pretty package and we will see.
I'll keep it.

S. E. Lentz: I know it sounds silly, but I felt rich opening the packaging for my new jade roller. I knew this company came highly recommended, but I wasn't prepared for the sturdy gift box with magnetic closure, the molded interior, the tissue paper enclosure with the branded gold seal, and the sleek, white refrigerator case that held the jade roller and gua sha tool. They were ice cold when they arrived, and I went ahead and checked out their online tools, which are referenced in the enclosed materials.
I should add that my first one arrived broken, and I contacted Atahana using the email on the enclosed business card. I then went to my Amazon account and requested a return (which I should have done first), and it could NOT have been easier to return this (via our local UPS store). Amazon immediately shipped out a replacement, which arrived today -- completely intact.
The Atahana representative, Ayla, immediately replied and offered to send me a replacement right away. I told her I'd already arranged for a return and replacement and apologized for the hassle. She was gracious and professional, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience with a company.

Bobby McGeeBobby McGee: The box is beautiful and the wrapping was easy to remove. Inside the box is a lovely mantra you can follow while rolling your face. I just love the coloring too. The boxing inspires calm and peace. It was like being transported to a spa in my own bedroom! I just wish the jade roller was on top when you item the box but it's under the other tool. Everything was easy to take out of the box and replace when finished. It fits perfectly on my dressing table too, not taking up too much space!
This came at just the right time too as I felt like I may be getting an ear infection (from allergies). I did not follow the video (I definitely will moving forward) and just rolled the jade roller across my face per the card instructions included in the box. The card is helpful but the video is way better! However, by just rolling the jade roller across my face and focusing a lot of pressure and attention to the area in front of my ear, down along my jaw line, the pain I experienced in this area yesterday is gone today! There's some discomfort but nothing like yesterday.

Amazon Customer: I was really surprised when I opened the box it came in. There was so much love put into the box, affirmations in the top of the box when you open it. A little card with instructions and also affirmations. I felt like it was really special. Overall I think it is making a difference to my wrinkles on my forehead. Of course when I do it to do the guided manual lymph drainage, the next morning I can tell the amount of less fluid or weight in my face. I think it's a beautiful tool, and will be getting one to gift my special woman in my life! (Sorry pictures were on my phone- Not computer at time of posting this. But did take photos because was just so taken back by the packaging).
