The bed was not difficult to assemble. And is very sturdy. I love the 4 side storage component included after the bed is completely assembled. I highly recommend this product.

The drawers are garbage. They don't stay closed and are on cheap wheels not rollers. It has 2 USB ports but only one can be used as the other is required to power the led strip. The USB ports would also be better if there were at least one on each side and not directly in the middle. Sturdy frame though that I've already broken my toe on. Be careful.

Nice bed with soft headboard. Great for lounging and watching TV. LED lights are fun too. And the charger ports on top are really handy. The only negative is that the under bed drawers closest to the headboard are unusable if you have a bedside table. But the lower drawers work great. Pretty easy assembly. Very solid bed. Overall love it.

Product arrived in great condition, instructions were easy to follow to put bed frame together, the drawers were kinda tricky as the metal sides slide together and is held in place when front it fastened on. Lights worked and bed frame is sturdy. Happy with purchase.

The bed frame arrived much earlier than expected in one box, which was a pleasant surprise. The efficient delivery was a great start to my experience with this product. One of the highlights of this bed frame is its assembly process. The instructions were clear, and all the necessary tools were included. I managed to put the frame together in approximately 2.5 hours. The pre-drilled holes lined up perfectly, and the pieces fit well, making the assembly process relatively smooth. While the bed frame itself is of excellent quality, I encountered a minor hiccup regarding the size. Unfortunately, the frame turned out to be slightly larger than my mattress. This resulted in a small gap between the mattress and the frame, which, while not a deal-breaker, was a bit disappointing. It's worth noting that this might not be an issue for everyone, depending on their mattress dimensions. Once assembled, the bed frame proved to be quite sturdy and well-constructed. I appreciate the simple yet elegant design that blends well with my bedroom décor. The frame doesn't squeak or wobble, providing a comfortable sleep environment.
Update** I've had it for a few weeks now and...

Let me start by saying I really love this bed (I got the Queen in light gray).
PROs:
1) Assembly - Very easy
2) Appearance - I think the bed looks great.
3) Customer Service - Responsive
CONs (these are more like minor gripes):
1) Instructions - I had a difficult time LOCATING the assembly instructions, but I did finally find them attached to the back of the headboard after a bit of frantic searching. Usually assembly instructions are included with the smaller parts & hardware, but all required parts were there and everything was accounted for. Whew!
2) USB Ports (Issue #1) - There are TWO USB ports on top edge of the headboard, but if you want the headboard lights to work you MUST plug-in the attached USB cable to power the LED light strip, which leaves only 1 usable USB port. It would've been better to have THREE ports so 2 ports could remain available for other uses if you use the lights.
3) USB Ports (Issue #2) - There is a green power indicator light integrated into the surface of the USB Port cluster at the top of the headboard. At night, EVEN when the LED LIGHT BAR IS TURNED OFF, that little green light occasionally...
