Eric: Really happy with how well it works. I was unsure of how well the digital gauge would work. It exceeded my expectations. Really nice to dial in exact pressure.

This seems like a well made and pretty accurate shock pump. It was within 1-3 PSI of my Topeak D2 smartgauge (who knows which is actually correct). The only issue I have with this pump is you really have to tighten all the way on to the valve for accurate readings.
The first time using it I screwed down until threading became difficult, measured 105 PSI (good), pumped ONE time and measured 165 PSI (huh?). I screwed down a few more turns and it drops to 106 PSI (good). The issue is that as you tighten down the, the pump hose and connector valve begin to bind and will not spin independent of each other. So you have to turn the whole pump to screw on the valve...which is kind of annoying.
Also, I've seen reviews saying this pump leaks air from the shock, this is not true. When you hook the pump up to the shock, some of the air that was in the shock fills the volume of the pump hose line, thus decreasing the pressure. Likewise, when removing the pump you will hear a hiss of air that sounds like a leak from the shock, this is simply air that is trapped in the shock pump hose being released.

Con questa consegna il prodotto acquistato mi è stato stato sostituito velocemente in quanto appena aperto è risultato difettoso (rimaneva sempre acceso).
Il prodotto è comunque validissimo, preciso e facile da usare. Soddisfattissimo. Consigliatissimo.

Jay R.:
The Rockshox HP digital shock pump has nice quality, is lightweight, and most important of all accurate. After using analog shock pump for the last 6 years and playing the guessing game with small gauges and needles, I decided to upgrade to a digital unit. Not only is digital much, much easier to get the pressure right, but the design of the Rockshox pump requires less effort to use once you start getting into the higher pressure ranges. Most of the analog shock pumps I've used get progressively harder and harder to pump when the air pressure rises, but not the Rockshox one - one pump at 10-psi feels the same as one pump at 150-psi. Seeing the digital gauge show air pressure while you pump is also useful in telling you if you have the hose attached correctly. The digital gauge seems to be very accurate (based on checking and comparing values with my Quarq Shockwiz). All of the above meant that this became my go-to shock pump; my last pump was an SKS analog unit, and while the SKS is still good (I keep it in my truck for emergencies), I'd have to say that the Rockshox HP digital pump is so much better based on convenience, ease of use, and accuracy.
A note...
