I replaced the one that came with my Zefal pump because the strap broke. A bit of a tight fit for that pump, but that is probably good so that it doesn’t come loose. Fits under the water bottle holder just fine.

Bought for my husband a keen cyclist He says it was easy to fit, strong and sturdy, the only thing was it was a bit small for his pump, but a different pump would be fine.

My plastic holder for my Topeak mini eventually broke. I got tired of sticking the pump in my Jersey pocket so I took a chance and it works perfectly. There's plenty of distance between the bottle cage mounting holes and the pump holder for larger CF tubes. The pump snaps in nicely and is held so securely that I don't think the little rubber strap is really needed. That said, my mini pump is for emergencies only. I don't think the holder should be expected to hold up to regularly pulling the pump in and out before every ride. I have a floor pump for regular use. I'm also going to add a strip of velcro to stop a very occasional rattle when going over bumps.

Fits my Schwinn Air sport pro bike pump pretty secure, snaps in very well. If I have any issues on the trails I'll update this review. Well worth the money.
EDIT: I've taken it on the trails and it holds up well, would recommend this product
