I love how they are cubed up small! Already prepped so all I have to do is steam and sautee them in the pan to add to my salads or veggie mixes. They are cut hard which is fine it helps them last longer in the fridge and mixes into a salad well, because who wants mushy potatoes in a salad? The whole package lasts about 1.5- 2 weeks long in the fridge before it goes sour, so eat em up!
