Senior Cat: These florets always come through for recipes. They eliminate the need for coring out the base of a cauliflower head, saves time, and don't leave bits all over the kitchen.

A Mom with Kids and Fur Kids: My summer thing has been roasted vegetables and so I’ve purchased a couple of these 365 bags.
While not as cost effective as purchasing a cauliflower head I splurge on these bags because of the convenience. It’s so easy to just cut the the florets smaller or break them up by hand.
The cauliflower pieces I’ve received have always been lovely with only maybe the slightest blemish on one or two out of all the ones I've purchased. I don’t know if the quality varies per region but we live in N. Virginia.
