Ingredients:
• 1 lb (450g) fresh broccoli florets
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (adjust to taste)
• 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for some heat)
• 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for added flavor)
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. Wash and thoroughly dry the broccoli florets. Cut them into bite-sized pieces for even roasting.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli florets, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Toss everything together until the broccoli is evenly coated with the oil and seasonings.
4. Spread the seasoned broccoli florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
5. Roast the broccoli in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until the edges of the florets are slightly crispy and browned. Make sure to toss or shake the baking sheet halfway through to ensure even roasting.

Valen: The food was good, just the brand needs to list the country of origin and the place of manufacture more often. There are products besides this one, on the 365 brand that are missing this information too (at the time of purchase).
Besides this, it was fresh, tasted good and a timely delivery.
