Marie: Battery for a motorized chair for a disable person. One of the batteries broke or stop working just after the 30 days were up to return it. Now have to go and spent more money to get a new battery. Attempts to get in touch with someone to discuss situation was on successful.

Jeff Lantz: I needed new batteries for my wife's scooter which she'd had in storage for a number a years and of course the batteries were more than dead and not rechargeable. These came fully charged and ready to roll right from the start. I did plug the charge cable in just to see if they needed any charge only to find out they were fully charged when we got them. My wife took her scooter out for a spin to get reacquainted with it and returned with a smile on her face loving her new /old mobile assistance device.
