JenniferJennifer: This order was shipped and sold by Casil. When I opened the package, battery acid covered the battery and the box. I contacted Casil and they sent a replacement battery, which arrived in excellent condition. Deducting 1 star due to the packaging. The bubble wrap that is used provides little protection to the battery.

Diane M Routt: My 25 year old ADT system was complaining about low system battery. Didn't want to call ADT since I turned off monitoring with them years ago because I wasn't impressed with their service but kept the system active just to make loud noises. Short version, had to replace a transformer for the system and braved opening the box and there was the mystery system battery. Was easy to install.
