Ron J Funk: We have been using this filtering system for about 3 years now. The last time we purchased these replacement filters they came with a beeper timing system that magnetically stuck to our fridge and reminded us when we should replace the filters. The last time I bought these there was no timer. Not sure why. Old stock? The filter system itself is excellent. The filters are pricey but last a long time......2 people in our house and they last about a year.

Geedee: I’ve been using these filters for several years. The system is easy to install. The water tastes great compared to either straight tap water or bottled. I change them out once a year. They offer a huge savings over a years supply of bottled water, not to mention keeping hundreds of plastic bottles out of the landfill.

draco6: 2 stars are taken away because it's rather difficult and awkward to change the filters (we have the filters located under the sink), especially after 6 months being under the sink these buggers don't come out as easily as they went in. I didn't think I was out of shape being just 65 and my wife is 64, so we're both cursing so no one can hear(well maybe just me), as we both start second guessing which way the buggers should be turned despite reading for the 5th time that you turn left a quarter turn and out it should come . . .
