JimDboatJimDboat: Installation was simple and quick. Everything needed was supplied. Took about 30 minutes to complete, including removing under sink items, then placing them back. Water tastes better then the Brita pitcher, which was a pain to use.

Robert Collier: The water tap was very well-designed. You simply unscrew the cold water feed line to your sink faucet. There are 2 sizes of commonly-used fittings that the tap will accommodate. Once you tighten everything up, the O-rings help ensure a leak-proof seal. If you self-install, make sure you have a basin wrench to tighten down the nut for the spigot under the sink. Nice design!

Robbie C: First thing, it got rid of the chlorine taste of my water which is great. I’m not sure if it actually filters out the chlorine or just filters the taste.
I’ve seen some people say the installation was easy and fast. I’m not sure if their sinks were already set up for adding a filtration system, but for me, I had to make a trip to Home Depot to buy a shark bite connector to run from my supply to the connector they included with the filter. It ended up taking me a couple of hours to install everything, and I have a pretty good knowledge of plumbing and home renovations.
Overall, seems like a decent filter for the price.

Scott Boisselle: I use a water cooler in which I refill the water bottle. I use to use a filter jug to fill my bottle but with my new faucet, I am unable to connect the jug to the faucet. I bought that "fill from the top" thing for $80 and was unhappy with the waters taste and the unhygienic issue with that design.
I was originally going to purchase this, but bought that top fill thing instead, what a mistake.
Now I bought this and I LOVE the taste of the water from this filter faucet and it flows at quite a fast rate, impressive. I now fill my water cooler with this tap and it's excellent. (I don't drink coffee or tea and I haven't done any boiling of the water so unsure about those white powder comments.)
