NoHo Man: Much looser, inadequate fit than genuine Delta RP25513. I’ll be throwing these away and buying the real Delta part at my local hardware store. YMMV - your mileage may vary.

Jonathan N.Jonathan N.: Ever since I've lived in current residence, the master bathroom sink has always had an annoying leak coming from the fixture when you run the hot handle. It wasn't enough to warrant immediate action as the runoff just flowed into the sink anyway. Well I finally decided to do something about it and take it apart, and did about 15 minutes of research on most common causes and solutions. Once I started working on the Delta handle, it was clear it's the first time it's been serviced since installation. There was a LOT of calcium buildup (very hard water where I live) that I had to loosen with some WD40, but once I got in it's a piece of cake exchange. Matched up the cartridge by appearance on Delta's website, ordered on Amazon, and fixed a nuisance for nothing but cost. Glad I didn't waste the landlord's time with it as I really don't care about spending a few bucks to handle something myself.
Per Delta's website, the cartridge does not come with the little drop-in spring/gasket inside the fixture, but that did not prevent the cartridge assembly from fixing the leak. Good as new.
