Delta Faucet Repair Kit: Stem Replacement to Fix Your Faucet

Nando: It's working but the fits is a bit off. The insert that limits rotation doesn't sit flush and I can't tell if it's plastic or ceramic. The handle has an eccentric wobble during rotation. Also, the friction is a lot less than all other similar faucets in the house (8 in all) so it doesn't have the same feel.
The rubber seat has a smaller diameter opening than the original. It's also possible that an OEM part would also be different than our 16y/o parts.

LLLL: Moved into a new place and noticed that one of the faucets in our bathroom wouod gradually start leaking water around the hot water handle everytime I turned it on. I wasn't too sure about the exact model of the Delta faucet that I had...but after doing a little research, discovered that it was the Victorian collection and that this replacement set should work for those. It was a perfect fit! Can't comment on installation, I had someone do it for me, but it looked pretty simple and I feel confident I can replace other cartridges if they start leaking in the future.

E. Doty: I have tried and failed to repair our leaky faucets using locally-purchased seats, springs, and cartridges. Nothing seemed to fit quite right, and I had to call a plumber. On one call, he said, "Oh, you have the wrong parts" even though I had taken the old parts to the hardware store and they were matched. I thought.

I ordered this kit thinking I would at least try it before calling an expert to fix it. It fit nicely and ... it worked! I have ordered two more sets to have on hand just in case. Saved me a lot of money.

BF: I have what plumbers and stores call a 4 inch faucet with two handles (hot and cold) in my bathroom. This Delta unit was purchased about 15 years ago from a big box store and recently started to drip constantly and leak around the base of the faucet handle when the hot water handle was turned on.
These cartridges are from Delta (not cheap knock-offs) and they fit and work perfectly. Obviously, they assume a professional plumber is doing the work, so there are no instructions included, but if you are handy with a wrench and a small, flat edged screwdriver, you can replace both of these cartridges (and the rubber seats and springs that go underneath the cartridge) in about an hour. I'm not a professional plumber and you'll save a lot of money doing something simple like this yourself. Just remember to turn the water off before you start!;)

NLM4501NLM4501: I have had a leaky faucet on my master bathroom sink for longer then I should admit. It drove me crazy every time I turned on the hot water. It was so annoying I got to the point I was using my husbands sink anytime I needed hot water. Finally I had enough and decided to do something about it. The reason I had been hesitating was I did not want to call a plumber for such a small job knowing it would cost more than it was worth. I decided to give it a try myself and went on YouTube to see how I can fix it. Found the information I needed watched the and decided it was something I could do myself. Went to my go-to Amazon and ordered the parts I needed. Was a quick 10 to 15 minute fix and I no longer have a leaky faucet. I cannot say how long the product will work as it has only been installed a week or so. As you can see from the picture mine was not a dripping faucet but leaking around the hardware. Based on the video I watched these cartridges repair either problem. Highly recommend this product if you have this issue with a Delta faucet.
