The lower settings are powerful enough for every requirement as the vibration is too much after a short time on your hands and fingers on the higher 2 settings. The handle is straight but could be improved if more ergonomic or has a rubber grip to lessen the vibration.

NaTa: Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Gerät. Es kommt in einer hochwertigen hartschalen Tasche und ist super in der Handhabung. Das Gerät ist nicht laut und nicht sehr schwer. Verspannungen im Rücken lassen sich damit super lösen. Im Nacken und oberen Rücken komm ich sogar alleine dran und auch nach einigen Minuten wird es nicht schwer in der Hand.

Ich habe die Massagepistole mit Wärmefunktion von RENPHO gekauft, weil ich öfter verspannt bin und ich gehört habe, dass durch so eine Massagepistole die Faszien sich lösen.

Leistungsstarker Motor:
Der Motor der Massagepistole ist sehr leistungsstark. Er erreicht eine Geschwindigkeit von bis zu 3200 Schlägen pro Minute. Das ermöglicht eine tiefgehende Massage, die auch hartnäckige Verspannungen lösen kann.

L Quezada: I broke my foot and ankle in 2019 and this has been so helpful in breaking up the scar tissue that's developed since then. I've noticed it's so much smoother inside now near my tendons and ligaments. It also helps with the soreness that I get, particularly in the achilles area! I love how I'm able to angle it to get those areas which was harder to do on my old, bigger gun that died on me (causing me to buy this) but I still have to be careful not to get my bone cuz ow, of course. I also love how deep it gets in my calf because I atrophied a lot in the time I had to stay off my foot. It's been an uphill climb but this is definitely helping in my recovery better than anything else I've tried.

I really love that this gun is smaller than the previous one I had and more wieldy. It feels quality but not too heavy. I wish the battery lasted a little longer but I am using it all the time. You have to charge the heated head separately, so be mindful of that. I keep both charged at all times because I can not be without it when my pain flares up after a crazy day. Would absolutely buy again!!

MitschelMitschel: Die kleine Renpho Massage Gun benutze ich fast täglich zuhause auf der Couch und ich kann sie mit bestem Gewissen nach 1 1/2 Jahren der Nutzung weiterempfehlen. Außerdem hatte ich schon zahlreiche andere Massage Guns in den Händen - hier ist es jedoch das Gesamtpaket, wodurch sie im Grunde für alle Personen zu empfehlen ist.

Vorteile:

✔ Das Gehäuse ist hier sehr kompakt und nicht zu groß. Zusammen mit dem etwas oval geformten Griff liegt sie für meinen Geschmack sehr angenehm in der Hand, sodass man sie viel öfter benutzt als ein Gerät, was klobig ist.

✔ Zwar ist viel Plastik verbaut, aber davon sollte man sich nicht verunsichern lassen, dadurch wird auch Gewicht gespart. Ich habe mit meiner Küchenwaage ca. 725 Gramm inkl. Aufsatz gemessen, dementsprechend können auch ältere Menschen etc. die Gun gut halten. Also müde Arme zu kriegen, dürfte schwer sein.

✔ Bei vielen Modellen ist der Motor ein gewisser Schwachpunkt. Hier kann ich nichts Negatives berichten. Ausreichend Leistung ist soweit vorhanden - auch bei höherem Anpressdruck. Auch bei Massagen über 10 min. konnte ich keine unangenehmen Gerüche oder veränderte...

It works wonders on sore necks and backs, massaging thighs, calves, and muscles of the rotator cuff, and it gets regular use by both my wife and myself. Having a handle makes it easier to reach spots on our backs and my wife is happy I can give her regular back and neck massages, something I used to do almost daily, without wearing my hands out. The massager has a nice, big battery that can handle two weeks of daily use before needing to be recharged.

The reason I'm happy with this purchase, though, is how it has helped me recover from my rotator cuff surgery 2-1/2 years ago. I have been working out my entire life and never really bought into the whole idea of foam rollers and post-workout massage and all that nonsense. To me, you worked out, you stumbled home on sore legs and the soreness was an indication of how effective your workout was. However, now that I am in my 40s, soreness tends to linger a little longer and gains are a little harder. Not fun. Someone at my gym a few years back was telling me about the wonders of "massage guns" and it sounded too good to be true (less soreness, faster recovery, faster gains in the gym).
