K.M.B.K.M.B.: I tried three different leg compression massagers. Each had its pros and cons.

RENPHO
Pros
- compression on high is pretty good
- heat is nice on feet and legs.
- remote fairly easy to use/figure out
- got this on deal, so the price was right

Cons
- the sleeves are designed as one size fits most. If you are slender, you'd find this to have an excessive amount of material.
- I have long-ish legs, but the shin/leg massager is a bit long - bumping into the knees
- no heat on the quads/thighs
- cord management ia awkward (I found out today they have an updated version which has much better cording)

AICUTTI
Pros
- Very nice fit on the legs. (Extension pieces for larger legs included)

- great compression on the quads and feet
- decent heat in designated areas.

Cons.
- very little compression on the calf/leg

Alex PAlex P: Having ordered a Renpho digital scale and the eye massager, when this came up as a suggested item I figured I would give it a try and was pleasantly surprised! The leg wraps are easy to put on and should fit most people's leg sizes as they wrap around and are held in place with wide velcro. Once on, the remote (which is larger than expected but a good easy to use size), then can control how much pressure and heat you apply. This can be done as single leg or both the same. I preferred doing the heat and massage on both legs in tandem and it feels great. I do a fair amount of standing during the day and I did find these gave a nice massage and the heat was a nice touch. When air is being filled into the pads, it fills slowly and when you are done it deflates the same way. I wont need this on a daily basis but for days when my legs are sore, I can see this being a huge help.

RENPHO Leg Massager with heat

Day 1 - PM (1st day, before bed). Took a while to learn the system. Tried different programs, "high" with low heat seemed most effective (heat an issue without AC in house).
Unsure on times or cycles, switched several times trying different levels of compression, heat and "boot" fit. Mostly an expeimental run.
System is really bulky. *Note: use bathroom BEFORE putting unit on!
Day 2 - AM; 2-20min cycles on high. Reduced swelling in foot and calf but not ankle (that swelled a little worse but worked out in 30min).
Think I figured out the boot fit & which program to use. Running with boot tight on highest compression and low heat works best
PM; swelling particularly bad, did 3-20min cycles, reduced swelling greatly.
Day 3 - AM: 2-20min cycles. Helped all lower leg but ankles. Think this needs an ankle section. Pressure seems to pool fluid from feet up but leaves pocket around ankle.
PM: 3-20min cycles. Was having "tingling" pains in foot; better after compression.
Day 4 - AM; 3-20min cycles. Swelling was particularly bad on waking. 3 cycles...

Triathlete DadTriathlete Dad: As a triathlete, on always looking for good recovery products for tired legs. Ordered the Renpho heated air compression leg massager and good choice for me.

In the box were 2 foot/calf compression units, 2 thigh units, control unit and power adapter. The cloth material is soft and comfortable and the compression units are easily adjustable with the velcro. The compression units were ok for my teenage daughters albeit a little big on them. They fit me well and I'm 5'9". Might be a bit small if you're very tall. Offering different sizes may be helpful.

The controls were eay to use and offer 3 different compression modes. You can also target a particular area if you dont want your entire legs massaged. There are also 3 compression intensity levels. I found I liked the highest compression level but my daughters liked medium better. 2 heat levels are available and I would say the lower setting is pretty mild and can barely notice the heat. I like the addition of heat the help massage my sore muscles. The unit automatically shuts off after 20 minutes or can be powered off at any time.
