The RENPHO Wireless Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor is the perfect choice for home use. With its intelligent pressurization technology and Gennec app, you can accurately monitor your heart rate and blood pressure, store and track your data, and even view and manage it via your smartphone. The large cuff and backlit display provide clear readings even in dim light conditions, and the monitor can store an unlimited amount of memories. With its accuracy, build quality, connectivity, controls, and functionality, the RENPHO Blood Pressure Monitor is one of the best on the market. The Flying Dutchman: First of all, this unit works with the app, the same app that I use for my BMI weight scale. I saw reviews from others claiming that it was not connecting/pairing with the device.
Initially I tried pairing it after I installed the supplied batteries, however that proved problematic (batteries failed in the first couple of minutes of use and ended up replacing them with fresh alkaline batteries) then decided that I would use the unit on adapter power only and not rely on the batteries. This also gives me greater confidence that I am getting consistent readings.
I start the app and then power up the unit by pushing the “people “ button and wait for the Bluetooth symbol to stop flashing and turn solid, then I’d start a reading.
So far it has worked every time and I am very happy with it.

Emily W.Emily W.: Product came in good packaging, has a nice carrying case, and works as advertised.
During initial set up you may need to wait a few moments for the Bluetooth to connect to the phone. The machine would also turn off and lose connection with the phone before you could finish setting up a user. Make sure to hit a button to keep it on/active while you’re inputting the info. Initial setup and syncing with the phone for two users was overall easy and only took a couple of minutes.
It’s worked great since, and I like that my husband and I can easily use the same machine without our readings getting mixed together.
There’s an option to have it permanently plugged into the wall and not use batteries if preferred; it comes with a micro USB-B to USB-A cable but not the AC adapter to plug the USB-A side into the wall, but those adapters are inexpensive. I previously had a blood pressure machine I used daily that worked on batteries for at least two years without issue; I’m hoping for the same with the Renpho one.
I am happy with the purchase.

Craig J: This monitor is easy to use. Fits well on my bigger than normal arm. Nice large readout of BP and Pulse rate. Consistent readings and compare well to those I get when the Dr takes my BP in their office. The software on my Android phone picked up the monitor and the readings well after it's installation (I've heard it works well on iPhones, too, but haven't tested on that). I like the display of historic readings, and the graphs for Daily, Weekly, and Monthly trends.
Initially, I had a bit of trouble with the export (they call it "Share" in the app), but my email inquiries to their Tech Support team yielded SAME DAY returns to my emails (not just a 'we got your inquiry and will get back to you..." kinda stuff either). These were full, follow-up emails, clarifying the issues I was having, asking for more info, having me try and respond to specific remedies, and a real person doing it. We worked together to get the export working, and I could use the data from the BPM to add to my other info I track for my health.
Even without the help or need to export, I am very satisfied with this monitor. It's comfortable, doesn't squeeze my arm too tight, and gets accurate and timely...

True PatriotTrue Patriot: This is a very nice quality self-inflating blood pressure cuff. One merely selects user A or B (in my case, I used B to reserve A for my wife), slide and velcro fasten the cuff above the elbow with the arrow pointing toward the hand, and presses Start. It does everything else. It seems accurate, always giving similar reading to my manual cuff, and has large, easy-to-read, display. A quick press of the mem button displays the user history with date and time of the pressure reading.
Why did I give it a four star? Two reasons, actually: First is in the setup. While it displays calendar functions for the US market (MM,DD) it only has military time, with no place to change to am/pm. I guess if one uses it in the morning, or is accustomed to 24 hr display, that is no issue. Second is the cuff itself. It seems ample to wrap a large arm, and can be used over clothing I have found, but my initial reaction is the constriction is more toward the center third of the cuff, and I perceived discomfort following a reading. It is not like my doctor's that gives even pressure across the web of the cuff.
All in all a fine aparatus that is quick, quiet, and accurate. It offers a talking...

J2theN: So, I bought the RENPHO Wireless Smart Blood Pressure Monitor, and I have to admit, I've been having way too much fun with it! I mean, checking my blood pressure used to be as exciting as watching paint dry, but this thing has changed the game.
First off, it's wireless. No more struggling with tangled cords. It's like the Houdini of blood pressure monitors – it disappears all the hassle. Plus, it syncs with my phone, which makes me feel like a tech-savvy genius.
But the real fun? Making my friends think I'm living in the future. I pop this thing on my arm, and suddenly I'm a secret agent in a top-secret mission. "Hold on, guys, I need to check my vital signs," I say with a straight face, and they're all like, "Wow, you're so responsible!" Little do they know, I'm just indulging in my newfound blood pressure monitoring obsession.
Honestly, it's a great device. Accurate, easy to use, and did I mention it's fun? Who knew blood pressure could be such a blast! Five stars for turning a routine task into a sci-fi adventure.
