Amanda SIMPSON: I would give this heating pad 5 stars. Soft and big. Package took longer than stated, then messaged me saying if item took longer than additional 3 days, to come back for refund. 3 long days later I received message saying parcel lost. So I messaged for a refund and was told to wait another 3 days. Big mind game. My package came the day after they told me it was lost. Bad seller. Good item

Valerie Ralph: I always buy sunbeam. I have 3 other king size but this one is so big it fits my entire back and still covers my lower section as well. I can’t go without it! Heat settings are great and I sleep with it ion the warm setting on a cold night. Great for my back pain.

LSL: Me gusta la marca sunbeam porque es la que hemos comprado toda la vida, el tamaño es bastante bueno sobre todo si se va a tratar el área lumbar de un adulto y es bastante flexible para ponerlo en otras partes del cuerpo como brazos o piernas. El único pero es que compre este para remplazar otro que había comprado a penas en diciembre de 2020, o sea que duro un año y meses, cuando antes duraban por lo menos dos o tres años.

Should have sent it back but I’d had surgery & couldn’t go without a heating pad to break up the gas from the laparoscopic abdominal surgery!
I have the same one in the original size & it died after 8 years.
It’s cheaper made, thinner memory foam so much that you feel EVERY wire in it.
Surprised they cut their standards so sharply, I understand times are tough but now I’ll NEVER buy another product of theirs & they’ve lost a lifelong customer!
Buy another brand bc this one just doesn’t care anymore about their product
