Paul B. Throgmorton: Setup was easy, also very intuitive to use. The spacing of the massage heads is perfect to stay close along the spine. It has an optional pad to soften the pressure for those who need a gentler massage. My only criticism so far is when you choose to focus on a specific spot, the change of rotation is too quick, I'd rather have it continue to work a bit longer between directions.

Teren: My chiropractor recently retired, so I KNEW I needed to be proactive regarding my back's tendency to slip ever so slightly out of adjustment. (Old injuries & stresses that want to reassert themselves.) This chair massage is perfect. It's simple kneading massage with heat and vibration possible. No extra bells and whistles to go wrong. The vibration has 3 levels, which are fine. The heat is either on or off. Again fine. It's the massage that I focus upon and it works extremely well. And the price is right!

Russ S.: The shiatsu heads are very effective at massage…plus controls let you park them on a trouble spot for extra comfort. Five stars for the massage and options! The optional heat is barely perceptible, so after massage I put a microwave hot pack on my worst area as a finish. Overall this is an excellent product, portable too!

Renato: I paid $130 plus tax, it was barely worth it, since I have been over-working my back recently in hockey. Massage is good, full back, have to time the stop near top so I can use it as a comfortable enough back seat. No need for vibration setting and heat is weak. It automatically turns off after 15 minutes, wish it last longer before you have to turn it back on

Martine: Fait un bon massage, quoi que ce serait (à mon avis bien personnel) encore mieux s'il y avait 3 plus petites boules à chaque endroit au lieu de 2 grosses.
Je préférerais aussi que ça masse jusqu'à un peu plus haut et finalement, je trouve que la fonctionnalité de vibration des fesses est complètement inutile.
J'aurais dû investir un peu plus mais pour ce prix, je recommande quand même 👍
