Anastasia L.: I decided to purchase this when I had an ingrown eyelash (what I thought was a stye). It didn't really treat the ingrown hair but it did help calm it down and lessen the itchiness. After getting rid of the ingrown hair, I still continued to use the heating eye compress because I liked how soothing it was on my eye. Even considering buying the eye care kit that they have. Make sure you read the instructions on how long to heat the bag because I've read so many reviews about how easy the bag burns through in the microwave. Make sure you keep your eye on the bag while it's heating up and don't put it in longer than the instructions say so.

Bought the day after I noticed swelling from a brewing stye, arrived late that evening. Used for 20 minutes without losing heat, adjustable strap kept the tension really well.
Used it again in the morning & by that afternoon the swelling was gone.
I used it in conjunction with tea-tree eye wash & allergy eyelid wipes, both from Amazon.
Accidentally got it too hot in the microwave! Be careful!

Sharon O.: I cannot use it until I sew some more Valcro on it so it will fit my head. I can tell you it will be a major inconvenience. I think when I find the time to do that, it will then fit and serve its purpose. Please pay attention, manufacturer.

KissMeKate: I love the idea of a single eye warm compress, but this one doesn't retain heat long enough, requiring multiple trips downstairs to the microwave in order to maintain the temperature for as long as my eye doc wants me to keep a compress on my eye. I plan to experiment with wrapping a towel or scarf over it to attempt to trap the heat and keep it warm longer. Also, I have no idea why this is listed as "moist," there's nothing "moist" about this compress.
