K. Holtz: It is a very comfortable fit and the different massage intensities are nice to have. The compression works very well and I usually select the medium level. I like that the heat can be turned on or off because sometimes I just don’t need the added heat. This machine has exceeded my expectations since the price was so reasonable. It is solidly made and I definitely recommend it.

Amazon Customer: This has help my tired achy feet feel so much relief. Be careful to not start out on the high level. It may hurt more than help but slowly letting your feet feel the massage and compression and work up to a higher level is what I recommend. Definitely worth every cent and totally recommend this foot massager for anyone who needs some relief after being on your feet for a long period of time!

Barbara Colvin: There's two massage components -the shiatsu balls that roll around and the pneumatic squeezer part. The shiatsu balls you can increase in speed, and I have put that all the way to max, it's fine. But the pneumatic part I don't go past medium, high is too much. My plan is to use it for 15 minutes after a day on my feet, then finish off by doing a self massage. A machine will just never be as good as a person. I have only had it a week, so can't speak to how long it will last. I have also let my 90 year old mother use it, she likes it. It's not the be all and end all, it's just pleasant.

Robin: At first I found this foot massager good but over time I noticed some issues.
Plug in foot massager is easy to knock out and does stay connected too easily.
The distance between feet is not ideal for everyone. I find they are too close to each other which can cause pain in knees, hips as you are squeezing towards the inside which is not a natural position.
This says up to 11 feet in size, I am 10.5 feet in size and I find it is a little too tight and you don’t get to use it properly. I would say up to size 10 feet.
This product does provide some relief but beware of your feet size. Too close to max dimension may not be as useful.
I would only recommend this product if feet size up to 10 and you can squeeze your knees together quite close without causing harm not being in perfectly straight leg position.

Bruce: Bought this as a Christmas gift for myself. Historically I love foot massages and will often ask my husband for massage or book a pedicure just for the foot massage. I figured I would buy this and see how it stacked up to a person giving a foot massage. First off I set it to high for kneeing speed and medium for pressure. It was so wonderful and I couldn't get enough. The heat takes a bit to warm up but is pleasant and warmed my constantly cold feet. The controls are easy to use. The air pump is a bit loud but not terribly disruptive. I am looking forward to using it again!

I can't speak to pain relief though as isn't an issue for me I needed help with.

AmazonBuyer: Pros: This unit is lightweight and easy to use. Plenty of room inside and easy to slide feet in and out. It's fairly quiet. The only noisey part is when the air compression feature runs through a cycle. The massager wheels are pleasant and to be fair, I really don't have any pain issues. I purchased it because I read a scientific paper on the benefits of foot massage on circulation and lymphatic drainage. So for me, this purchase is more on the preventative side rather than to solve any sort of foot issue.

Cons: I am a size 7 shoe and it's difficult to position my feet for full benefits. If your feet are on the smaller side, the unit is almost too roomy on the inside. The compression settings on low or medium are almost undetectable while high is extreme, painful. So that is not a function I will use. Setting it on low almost guarantees no effect. I really do believe this may be a defect in the design and seems the manufacturer is still willing to sell with this defect. I don't like the heat feature as it creates sweat rather than comfort and no, it was not set on high. I set it to the lowest heat. The rollers are hard and also are not really hitting areas...

Pat C: I love this foot massager! I have been using it for a week and have tried multiple variations of settings. My shoes run size 8 and my foot fits with plenty of room, something I was concerned about because my foot is wide. As a matter of fact, having the space means you have to be extra careful about where your feet are placed for the rollers and the compression. It can be pretty painful if it compresses and the rollers are massaging those baby toes in the wrong place! I suggest starting with low on both settings and adjusting from there. I tend to use low on both to start then advance to medium for both, medium is pretty tight for the compression. I tried high once just for curiosity and it was too intense for me. Believe me, if I say that, it is. The rollers feel great on the bottom of the feet and mixed with the compression in just the right place, so don’t forget to adjust your foot placement if you don’t seem to be getting what you want, it is perfect. I try to get more on the top of my feet where the toes meet the foot, but that one is a little difficult. The heating is so so.
