Resse J: I have been suffering with some bursitis now that the weather is a little colder. I ordered this to help soothe that and it has helped. Unlike a traditional heating pad this one wraps around right where I need it be and stays in place with the little clamp. The heating setting is perfect it goes from 1-9 and you have the option to control the time (3+ hours). I even use it on my lower back when I am down stairs on the couch because it forms to the body much easier then a traditional heating pad.

Charles D Reighn: Webpage heading says these are large 19x22 size. They come in different colors. Who would have known that the colors may be different sizes. The red one is 14X20 which is too small for me. You have to look down at the detailed description to make sure of the actual size. Very misleading. That's why I gave it a 1 star review. I am returning the small 14X20 red one and reordering the large 19X22 blue one. When it arrives I will revise my rating and provide a full review.
Returned the small pad and received the larger pad.The larger pads great.Covers the entire neck and shoulders and the Controls are simple and easy to use.The pad is very comfortable to wear And the weight keeps it from sliding off Very nice

Biker Trash: I've enjoyed this heating pad. Great heat. A few notes for those looking to putchase. The neck portion does not heat up. The heating coil goes to the base of the neck flap and not up the neck so I just slide it up a little. Not a deal breaker for me. The most annoying thing is the heat fluctuating. Lets say you have it set on 5, it will warm up to 5 stay there a few minutes then begin to cool down. I have found the only way to get the heat to resume is to bump the heat up one setting. Or if your heat is on max bump it down to 8 then right back to max. I've read the same issues in a few other reviews. I did not see those reviews until after I received the product and had issues. Overall its a nice unit. Good heat adjustments, weight is not real heavy. All and all not a bad product just be aware of what you're getting.

Elanora Dovat: EDIT: Bumped up from 2 stars to 3 because of the quality of customer support. They reached out after only a couple days after my review. Not only did they offer me a refund, but they directly referenced an issue I'd mentioned and said they would "communicate with the product department to inspect" and resolve the issues. Given how many companies would typically provide an uncustomized scripted response with no intention of improvement communicated, this one stands out in that regard and is something I'd want to support as a consumer in the future.
First, things I wish I'd seen more clearly from reviews about its design:
- the heat does not reach the neck. While there may be some coils on the back of the neck portion, they in no way heat enough to matter, nor would that heat radiate to other parts of the neck. I personally need heat at the back of the neck and on the trap/scalene portion and could only achieve this by draping the product over on its side. You'd be better off with a heated blanket
- a feature I thought would be a big plus was the weightedness for heat distribution. I don't see how it helped at all. There was no significant weight to keep the heat...

Ashley Anderson: Seemed great for my boyfriend’s chronic neck pain, but broke after 3 months of use. Unit does not heat but the remote is overheating.
Tried reaching out to the company but they will not do anything after 30 days so definitely don’t recommend.
