DwayneF: My lower legs are definitely squeezed and smaller when done. I didn't have pain to start so I can't speak to it helping with that. I wouldn't technically call it "massage," but the movement feels good. I try to wear a knee high sock if I'm going to use the heat. The low setting is very low, but on high the heat felt like it might get too hot without an extra layer between the "boot" and my skin.

k&m: Honestly, I wasn’t too sure about this purchase…I had a hard time choosing which one to get but, I’m really glad I went with this one! I have a cloud foot massager that I was previously using but, the rollers would hurt so bad sometimes that I just couldn’t take it anymore. So that’s why I wanted to get another massager that only uses air. Also, I’d have to take turns with my hubby using the massager which meant unplugging & moving the heavy bulky machine over to my side of the bed then replugging into an outlet closer to me…not the most convenient thing when you want to just relax.
I’ve been using this every night since I’ve received it & it’s so relaxing that I usually knock out in the process! I like that it’s easily adjustable & can wrap around my skinny legs/feet well & I’m able to feel the maximum pressure. I also like that all the cords plug into 1 remote & it doesn’t get all tangled up when using. When done, I just unplug the adapter connector from the remote. It’s light & easy to manage.

Kindle Customer: Background: 45 yr old woman who works in nursing (so on feet quite a lot) with larger calves (18in). I've had these for a little over a month now and really enjoy them! I have been having tight/sore calves , knees and feet for awhile. I put these on a few times a week at the end of the day and go thru 2 or 3 rounds at a time. While I can't say that it's an immediate pain release, they are quite relaxing and easy to use. I use the air compression at the highest level but my mom (66yo) has put them on and the lowest setting was almost to tight for her - she got use to it and says she eventually liked it as well. They are easy to put on and even with our larger calves we have not had to use any extenders etc. My only complaint are the knee pads. They dont sit quite "right and tight" over the knee on me and the left knee pad on mine has never worked for the heat setting. The right one gets nice and warm but the left is a dud - not enough of an issue to go thru the hassle of returning etc, but with bad knees I do wish this worked better.
